Shiloh’s Rising offers truth with minimal speculation
Shiloh’s Rising offers truth with minimal speculation, giving glimpses of the Millennial Reign. It’s a joyful look at the new reality for the Bride of the Messiah.
We are here for one simple reason. Will we trust the Lord and give Him control over our lives—that reasonable sacrifice Paul talked about In Romans 12: 1-2? What wonders fill our life, as He transforms each of us as a new creation.
Talk about a daunting task for a spirit-filled author! Back in the nineties, I was heavily into teaching prophecy, speculating like crazy. The Lord told me clearly, “No one will have it figured out.” That bit of Truth has been my guide throughout the new millennium.
My life centers around Paul’s word “The spiritual man judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.” [1 Corinthians 2:15 RSV] The word judge in this sentence actually means discern, in the Greek. So, I am discerning all things looking for pieces of truth.
I could quibble about a few things in Sean’s depiction of the time of the Millennial Reign. But that would be absolutely worthless, not helpful to anyone. He has taken a literal view of what we read in scripture, and that is the best we have.
Jesus is not going to give any of us a true look at what’s coming. He asks us to give ourselves to Him, come to know Him, and trust Him when He says it will be good. When the Creator of the universe says it will be good—you can rely on that.
Shiloh’s Rising offers truth to help you
What helped me the most was Sean’s depiction of the Lord’s personality. Of course, it differs from mine—we are all unique in that regard. But it helped me understand what I know better. Plus, it was a major joy to read this book. It was all about the One whom I love. There was enough Truth to make Him real in my suspension of disbelief.
Sean gives us a world where Jesus is visually and physically in control. All I can really say is: Maranatha!
