Yes, enjoying the spiritual battle
Yes, enjoying the spiritual battle is something to get excited about. We are finally going to see what we have believed for so many years. So, how have things changed?
It seems like a complete change since the end of last decade. What’s important to understand is that nothing has changed, but the priorities have radically shifted. What was far future prophetic hope has become daily grind reality. Things in the world are not going to get better—they’ll be far worse shortly.
It feels like what you see in the image. Actually, it’s far more intense than that, spiritually. There are countless overlapping battles going on—all at the same time. How can I keep up with all of it? Why would I bother?
But, enjoying the spiritual battle requires reality orientation
These battles are nothing new. Our culture has merely become so depraved that it no longer even tries to hide the darkness. I’d be a fool to try and get a hold of it. The war is about truth and reality.
But I know that guy—I hope you do also. He is truly amazing. Truth is a person—our Messiah, Yeshua. If you turn to Him, the chaos disappears. That’s all heathens flailing. He’s calm, peaceful, and has a plan.
The enemy’s plan is distraction, confusion, noise, chaos, using people driven by demons “filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, proud, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient toward parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, calloused, and unmerciful…” [Romans 1:29-31 MEV] We are living out Romans 1 and 2 Timothy 3.
But in the Lord, we find “…love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and self-control…” [Galatians 5:22-23 MEV] This is not doctrine or goals. Again, it is a person—same person—Jesus.
In the Lord, walking in the Spirit, in battle—just normal stuff
It’s nothing to get upset about. We are about helping with the Final Harvest, following His lead, and relaxing in His presence. With my eyes and ears upon my fiancee, everything is enjoyable. The chaos becomes what it really is. The flailing about of people and evil spirits rushing to destruction.
We are living through the process of closing out the age of the Gentiles. Soon, they will be no more. The cosmos, Satan’s Gentile system, will be destroyed soon—along with the unbelieving heathen. The evil spirits will be dealt with—bound until the final end of this universe. That’s the core truth of the Great Tribulation. I’ll be with Jesus, at the Bema and Marriage Supper. I’m looking forward to meeting you there. Maranatha!
