My new free book entitled Insatiable Desire is yet another of John Wright Follette’s teachings which has affected me deeply. I found myself filling the book with notes, and decided I needed to share this with my friends.

Insatiable Desire is our normal state of mind

If we know the Lord, and are willing to do whatever he desires, our longing to be with Him becomes insatiable—it’s meant to be that way. This is the result of picking up the cross and following Him. As I said in the intro to the little booklet:

I have found another mentor. It’s sad that he died over 50 years ago. I’ve not had a man speak to my current condition like he does. The Lord has really anointed it for me—regularly feeding me with rhema triggered by John’s writings. Thankfully, John made it clear that he hoped his teaching would be widely used, so they are available for us to use.

This book covers the explanation of John’s intentions with his poem, Identification. It’s chapter 7 of his book, Broken Bread. This includes most of his original copy, my notes & commentary, grammatical changes, typo corrections, modern scripture references, and the like.

As is usual, John’s insights are commonly unique and demonstrate a depth of knowledge of the Lord and His Holy Spirit almost never seen. Yet, they ring True. The Spirit whispers to my spirit, “You can trust this. John knew me well.”

My prayer is that the Lord has given me the grace to share that level of Truth with you. May you be blessed as you read this.

The first was Jesus. You can find a link to it on the home page of the Christian Non-fiction page of the blog. It’s an incredible teaching from John about Jesus as the Last Adam. I highly recommend it also.
