Post-Trump ministry plans grow more joyful
So, where do we go from here? Post-Trump ministry plans are more hopeful—for me, at least. Spiritual strongholds struck down in front of our eyes, if the prophets are to be believed.
I’m seeing evidence that there will be openings for fruitful work. I can’t say the Lord has given me new orders —but I want to be listening and ready.
Post-Trump ministry plans?
Being ready to respond quickly to His call, with a feeling of expectation. Part of this is something which has been building within me for a long time. The Lord has been disciplining me, with my cooperation for a change. The call to holiness and righteousness has been growing also. More and more my desire is to remain within Him and to be fruitful.
Specific plans: only tentatively. I’ve got nothing I can share yet. It may not be revealed to me until after the move. But, I’m feeling a small upwelling of joy like I haven’t felt for decades.
The prophets had more to say
They said to expect freedom and liberty to move in the Kingdom. We should expect opportunity to knock as part of our post-Trump ministry plans. I’m expecting the Lord to continue moving on our behalf.
So, the first thing to do is pray and listen. We will need to hear the Spirit more clearly than ever. We need to be aware of what the Body is doing, what is working, what we should support, and where we’re supposed to pitch in. One of my favorite verses comes to mind:
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil”
Ephesians 5:15-16 RSV
What are your plans? It’s likely that the next president will head back toward evil with full force. What do you see?
